Shaifali Parashar

I am a CNRS Research scientist at LIRIS, Ecole Centrale de Lyon. Previously, I was a postdoc researcher at CVLAB, EPFL working on 3D computer vision with Prof. Pascal Fua. I received my PhD in Computer Vision at University of Clermont-Auvergne, France. My PhD thesis received the award for best thesis. I was supervised by Prof. Adrien Bartoli and Dr. Daniel Pizarro.

I work on research topics related to 3D Computer Vision with strong interests in 3D reconstruction of deformable objects from RGB cameras and event-based cameras. Recently, I have also gained interest in 3D modeling of deformable objects with application to garment draping and ultrasound simulations.

To apply for masters internships, please send me an email with CV and transcripts. I am always looking for good students. For a prospective PhD and postdoc, please send an inquiry via email along with CV and two letters of recommendations.
